Wouldn’t it be nice to have the best of both worlds by having a relaxing massage while getting the benefit of stretching your muscles too? Well you’re in luck because I am your therapist.  A client had once said to me after a session, “I feel like I’ve grown an inch taller”.  I explained to my client that incorporating stretching into any type of modality such as Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports or Pregnancy massage can be very beneficial. By doing so, not only does it feels great but, more importantly stretching can also help improve posture, reduce inflammation in the joints, increase flexibility, restore muscle flexibility after an injury and also helps boost your energy levels by increasing blood flow throughout the body. Having  a one hour massage, once a month will help reduce stress, relieve muscle tension and stiffness just to name a few. In this world of stress and responsibilities, any small amount of time we make for ourselves can better our health and provide a life with more ease.
