Is there a story about yourself or another person (friend, family member or co-worker) that is interfering with your life thriving?  Could you let go of that story?  Would you let go of it?  When? Find a way to acknowledge the story.  Perhaps draw it in a picture form or write it down.  Create a ritual around letting this old, useless story go.

Folding the paper into a little boat and sending it downstream or burning the paper is a strong, symbolic way to let go of what no longer serves.

Honor the uniqueness of self and others.  Discover that which is blessed and dear.  Grieve the preciousness of what you have lost”         ~ Tom Balles
