Autumn is the season of gratitude. Here are a few ideas for ways to practice gratitude in your life:

Create a gratitude journal; at the end of each day write down 5-10 things that you are grateful for from the day.

Express your appreciation to others. At home, work, or at the deli counter, let those around you know that you appreciate what they do and who they are in the world.

Take a midday break from your desk with a short walk and focus on what you’re grateful for. Let yourself smile and be filled with gratitude.  You could come back inspired and energized for the rest of the day.
