You will find it above your upper lip, level with and just on the outside of your nostrils. Close your eyes and use the tip of your middle fingers. Rub up and down between the area between your nostrils and the inside corner of your eyes. Continue for 1-2 minutes. You’ll be surprised at what  you can smell!
