This week marks the winter solstice and the shortest day of the year.  It feels like winter too- cold, dark and even snowy! Our practice this week will offer space to reflect, and invite peace and warmth into our body, mind and spirit as we look toward the winter holidays and the New Year ahead.
The break in between sessions is also a good time for me to reflect on the past year, and give gratitude to all of you for joining together in class each week and letting me help guide your yoga practice.
To have each of you in class is a gift. Thank you!
Join me for the last week of the session and stay afterward for a surprise treat.

Regular classes resume the week of January 4.  Come ready to explore how small actions can make a big difference in reaching goals in your yoga practice and your life.
Although during break we don’t have our regular schedule, we do have some AWesome yoga classes in the works, so make sure to check out the schedule.

Also, I am teaching the community yoga class on January 4th  and would love to see you there.

January 11th I’m leading “Paths to the Soul,” a workshop that combines journal writing and yoga- two of my favorite things.
Wishing you a joyous, peaceful holiday and a happy, light-filled New Year!
